A new Treatment Procedure in Antireflux Surgery

We have developed a new operative procedure in antireflux surgery. Laparoscopic Nissen's procedure is the most standard operation. However, dysphagia is often seen in the patients after the operation. Laparoscopic Toupet's procedure reduces postoperative dysphagia, but long term effect is doubtful in some reports, We have achieved the advantages of both Nissen's and Toupet's procedures by using proline mesh.
