METHOD FOR SELECTING TECHNIQUE OF RECONSTRUCTIVE ANTIREFLUX SURGERY IN PATIENTS WITH COMPLICATED DUODENAL ULCER

A method for selecting the technique of reconstructive antireflux surgery in the patients with complicated duodenal ulcer provides for assessing the phenotypic features according to T. Milkovska-Dymytrova classification modified by L. Abakumova. In the absence of dysplasia or slight dysplasia (up to 12 points), the reconstruction of the esophageal hiatus is performed with the autologous tissues of the patient (crurography). In case of moderate or severe lesions (23 points and higher), crurography is followed by alloplasty. The meshed graft is fixed to the sutured cruses. In both types of the surgery, crurography is supplemented with fundoplication.
