Relevance: Perforation - the life-threatening complication which is observing on the average at 5% of patients with stomach ulcer [9, 12]. However, if patients are exposed to excessive influence of adverse factors and don't receive adequate conservative treatment, the risk of perforation can significantly increase [7, 11]. The vast majority of perforations (75-85%) is the share now of duodenal localization of an ulcer [6, 12]. The main part of patients - the person of able-bodied age, is noted considerable, on the average 10-fold, prevalence of men [1, 5]. In economically developed countries perforative ulcers meet at 7-10 supervision on 100 000 population a year [9, 13]. According to international the cohort researches, a lethality for the last 30 years doesn't tend to decrease and at perforation of a duodenal ulcer makes 5-13%, gastric - by 2-3 times it is above [10, 11]. Routine operation in the majority of clinics is ushivany ulcers. Results of this not radical operation leave much to be desired. Within the first year recurrence of an ulcer is noted at 50-70% of patients, by 10 years because of development of a stenosis, repeated perforation, massive bleeding or a combination of complications 60% of patients and more than [2, 8] are exposed to repeated operations.
