摘要

Surfacemodified isobutylcyanoacrylate (IBCA) nanopar-ticles when examined by 2-D PAGE showed surfactant dependent absorption of serum proteins. Intravenous administration of these particles to mice leads to different organ distributions, which can be partly correlated to the adsorbed proteins. These findings represent a significant step towards the rational design of organ-specific nanoparticles.
