摘要

The crosslinked hydrogel nanoparticles were synthesized by photoreaction of maleyoyl chitosan and butyl acrylate in formamide. The characterization of nanoparticles was investigated by critical aggregation concentration, dynamic light scattering, and transmission electron microscopy. After a model drug was loaded into nanoparticles the sustained release profile was obtained at pH 7.4.
