摘要

The purpose of this research is to study regional and diet dependent of drug absorption and gene expression using GeneChip analysis. Prodrug valacyclovir showed higher intestinal permeability than parent drug acyclovir. High protein diet significantly decreased valacylcovir permeability. The gene expression profiles showed dramatic difference in different regions of intestine.
