The available computer power is continuously increasing,however,its efficient use necessitates much more professional software and methodology.Beside the development of methods for more accurate modeling of chemical systems,making efforts for organizing such methods into automated processes is also desirable.We develop an automated process to explore and characterize typical conformations and to obtain detailed insight into the conformational behavior of large flexible molecules.Preliminary applications for conformational analysis of oligopeptides are shown.
