Holonic Assembly System with Plug Produce: Assembly Scheduling Mechanism by Negotiation

摘要

In this paper, we propose a scheduling protocol by negotiation for improvement of productivity of Holonic Assembly System. The proposed protocol uses contract-net in negotiation among holons and has a feature, not only top-down command structure but also bottom-up command structure. We implement the proposed protocol. Simulation results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed protocol from the viewpoint of task completion time.
