Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ITS 2002 Bilbao. Once again, we have a marvellous turnout of delegates, with many, many familiar faces as usual. Including what is the biggest exhibition to date, we have close on 400 people attending this year's convention, representing 34 countries, so thank you all for coming from some really very long distances indeed. I am delighted to welcome, this morning, amongst our honoured guests, Sr. Jose Angel Carez, who is Chairman of the Port of Bilbao Authority and also Sr. Louis Gabiola who is the Operations Director of the Port of Bilbao Authority. Most importantly, I am very pleased to be able to tell you that we have been able to persuade the Mayor of Bilbao to come along and officially open our convention today, so ladies and gentlemen, would you please welcome the Mayor of Bilbao, Sr. Don. Inaki Azkuna.
