Speed function and feedback control over perturbed linear non-stationary system

Non-stationary control system is considered. Some properties of speed function are discussed. The example offered shows that the behaviour of speed function derivatives can be rather complicated. The conditions are given under which time-optimal feedback control constructed for linear system is the feedback control for a certain family of nonlinear systems.
