摘要

The paper presents the magnetic field analysis devoted to the performance evaluation of a synchronous reluctance machine with flux-barrier rotor type. Field analysis is carried out by the Finite Element Method and provides direct and quadrature flux linkages. Performance indexes are evaluated from classical equations expressed in terms of direct and quadrature axis components. Computational results are finally compared with the experimental ones.
