This paper introduces a novel quaternion-valued MLP-type network called the Quaternionic Spinor MLP (QSMLP). In contrast to another recently proposed Quaternionic MLP it uses spinors in its propagation function. This allows very efficiently the processing of 3D vector data, which is demonstrated by experiments. The QSMLP is proven to be a universal approximator and a learning algorithm for it is derived.
