With the EPX index crashing 40% from mid- 2014 to early December of last year, MLPs filled the void as equity issuance lost much of its luster. In MLPs, Rice Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: RMP) filed for an IPO in which 25 million common units are expected to be offered at a range of $19 to $21/unit.
