摘要

The application of microfluidic channels created in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) to surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging is described. The microfluidic channels are used to both fabricate peptide line arrays and deliver small volumes (5 μL) of solution to the peptide array for the detection of sequence specific antibody adsorption onto chemically modified gold surfaces.
