摘要

An 20" * 20" test section down suction windtunnel with a smoke generator has been designed and constructed in the research. The laser sheet was developed withe smoke generator for flow visualization. Delta wings with different back swept angles was selected as the test model for the vortex flow characteristics, vortex flow breakdown and superlift generation. A generic computer model of solving incompressible Navier-Stokes equations has been developed. Current study also simulated the flow field around a delta wing placed inside a flow channel by computational fluid dynamics.
