Helping the Composition of Help Contents

摘要

Accessing help systems by means of "What's this?" expressions is easily found in commercial WIMP applications. An improvement is to use interaction phrases, such as "Where is X?" and "Why should I do this?", for instance. The work herein presented describes a way to help designers build answers to these and other help questions while developing the application's help system; and it also discusses possibilities of automatic generation of answers.
