The penetrating of EMP fields into a metal shielding enclosure by a slot

摘要

The shielding effectiveness to the different sized slots in the shielding enclosure is calculated by using FDTD method. It is demonstrated that shielding enclosure cavities and slots resonance influence screened room's shielding effectiveness greatly. Time fast-varying EMP couples in the shielding cavity with slots easier.
