Poly(diallyldimethyammonium) (PDDA)/TiO{sub}2 and PDDA/TiO{sub}2 /PDDA/ graphite oxides (GO) ultrathin film were prepared using molecular deposition technology. The tribological properties were measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM). It has been found that the GO being introduced into PDDA/TiO{sub}2 film can improve the roughness and decrease the hardness of this film. Moreover, the friction force of PDDAT/O{sub}2/PDDA/graphite oxides (GO) film is lower than that of PDDA/TiO{sub}2 film.
