Envisions of Distribution Plate for Fluidized Bed

摘要

Based on theoretical analysis, this paper first studied the function and technical postulate of distribution plate in air fluidized bed maintaining for air-dense medium coal cleaning. A pure new type distribution bad , which composed by layers of stainless steel balls with special size distribution and changeable gaps, is put forward to take the place of traditional distribution plate. The size distribution of balls, related technology and other related items are also discussed. These envision are expecting to be one more suggestion for air-dense medium coal cleaning development.
