Indicators models about service continuity

摘要

This paper presents an analysis about different indicators of electrical service quality (supply continuity), used by distribution utilities. Particularly the ones required by the Concession Contracts that ruled the argentine electrical market, those are the control and auditory tools from the government institutions, which represent an economic impact over the utilities. The Benchmarking tools needs and problems are also presented in this work.
