Many medium and large enterprises would like to implement information technology to improve management. They are looking for Integrated Information Systems (IIS) that could meet all the user's needs and requirements. This kind of systems is operating in the wide areas of logistics, finance and human resource. The co-ordination of logistic and finance activities must be realized in a real time. It is necessary to implement and join the traditional transactional business with electronic business (mySAP.com), using mechanisms of Internet (Marketplace), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Effective Consumer Response methodology (ECR). Therefore, standard functionality of IIS system must be wide open and easy to develop. To reconfigure the standard procedures or add a new one, the system should offer development workbench with 4GL programming tools (like ABAP for SAP R/3). We will present tools and methods that support integrated systems implementation process. The close co-operation between designers and users and between different groups of users during implementation is crucial for this process. We present process-oriented methodology for system design and development and therefore in multiprocess environment different actors can play different roles in different processes. Generally, implementation phase is realized in two steps. In the first step, we define recent user's needs and requirement to derive the architecture of a particular business process and then we try to restructure the process to improve its performance. The final structure of the business process strongly depends on IIS functionality and its reference connections. Therefore, every project needs individual proposals in business process modeling within the frames of internal reference models and industry solutions (e.g. Bartoszewicz, 1997; Bartoszewicz and Bydgoszcz, 1998; Kirchmer, 1998; Repa, 1999; Scheer, 1999).
