Many technological processes require extended precision of parameters gauging. These processes include the production of pneumatic tires. In the given manufacturing the method of extrusion is used. The essence of the method is punching the warmed-tip rubber mass through the forming device. Obtained as a result of the given procedure the rubber blank is cut and joined. The same method is used in fabricating polymer tubes, for example polyvinyl chloride. The process of extrusion is remarkable for efficient production. But due to the influences of the random and deterministic factors in many cases one fails to obtain the blanks with the specified geometric parameters. It results in decrease of the quality of half-finished and finished products, the necessity of reprocessing, overexpenditure of rubber mixtures, drop in efficiency of power consuming equipment, moral damage.
