The paper will also present data obtained for the oxidation of industrial wastewaters containing formaldehyde and aromatic pollutants which has been undertaken in order to compare the efficiency of the Fe(II)/H_2O_2 and Fe(II)/H_2O_2/UV oxidation processes and to evaluate the treatment costs. This study is still in progress.
