The spectral statistical properties, i.e. the nearest neighbor spacing dis-tribution(NNSD), the spectral rigidity and especially the mode fluctuation distribu-tion(MFD) of two and three dimensional quantum coupled quartic oscillators is numerically studied. Changing a single parameter λ, the system is continuously transformed from an iutegrable to chaotic ones. It is found that the MFD is more sensitive to the integrability of the system than the chaoticity.
