摘要

This work is dedicated to studies of the discharge in Penning's cell, in which sectional anode is placed in the center of discharge gap between two round cathodes. It is shown, that by anode sections potential varying it is possible to influence on volt-ampere characteristic of the discharge. The studies of potential distribution between the cell electrodes were carried out for different connections of anode sections. On the base of this studies the attempt to describe the discharge gear and to explain the features of volt-ampere characteristics.
