Investigation of uncoated, non-conductive samples of intestinal parasite and wood-rotting basidiomycete mycelia were done at optimum electron energy of minimized charging -up phenomena. The equipment used is a conventional SEM fitted with the cathode lens enabling the adjustment of the electron landing energy with minimum realignment of the column.
