摘要

A new method of system evolutionary analysis of ecological problems caused by the anthropogenic transformations of ecosystems is proposed. The method is based on the use of a determined regular dependence between structure variability, properties and relations of organized systems in accordance with the consistency principle of intrasystem and intersystem relations of a system taken in its entirety. The following procedures have been developed: formalized description of relations between nature and economical activity in biogeocenoses; analysis of influence of these relations on biogeocenosis properties and interaction of biogeocenosis components; identification and formalized representation of ecological problems. The solving technique of the relation consistency problems includes estimation of the intersystem relation consistency and search for coordinating transformations. The results of analysis of such ecological problems as reforestation of mountain-taiga forests, changes of climate-ecological and hydro-ecological relations are given in this paper.
