摘要

In this paper, a new and simple triode carbon nanotubes-field emission display was designed. Metal screen was used as a gate electrode, which was designed easily and low cost. I-V curse of the field emission was got in the Vacuum Field Emission Testing Platform. 42 μA.cm2 and 52 μA.cm2 emission currents were got when the Gate voltage was 500V,Anode voltage was 1600V and Gate 600V, Anode 1600V, respectively.
