NORYL PPX~(TM) RESIN: A new polymer alloy offering advanced performance properties for the automotive industry

This paper has described GE Plastics' development of Noryl PPX resins, a new family of materials produced through the compatibilization of polyphenylene ether with polypropylene. The property profile fills the gap between the advanced propylene-based materials and traditional higher performance engineering plastics, opening up new possibilities for automotive applications.
