摘要

At the end, we would like to have the following conclusions 1. Human resource development (HRD) is the most important factor for successful implementation of nuclear development program; however HRD should be based on the long-term nuclear development program of the country; 2. It is very important to coordinate all possibilities of the country for HRD; and it should be emphasized that personnel rejuvenation is the necessary and regular duty; 3. Support and cooperation of IAEA and nuclear-developed countries are factors that guaranteed successful implementation of HRD in particular and encouraged nuclear development in the Region in general.
