Integration of Russian students and universities into the worldwide RD activity via IEEE membership

Thus, the IEEE membership can help to improve Russian students, scholars, scientists as well as Universities Research Institutes, Companies and other organizations into the worldwide R&D activity and to bring wonderful results of the international co-operation. Only the personal interest of students, engineers and scientists to receive most fresh information and the personal interest to give fruits of own investigations to peoples are the main motors of creation in general and scientific creation in particular. Only developing of the network of small professional groups of engineers, scientists, managers and students will guarantee the defense of investment into the R&D activity in Russia. If this network will be established and will exists as long as it will be possible, it will be possible to tell that the National Program of Scientific Services in Russia have the excellent chance to be successful.
