Study on complexation of aprotinin with liposomes by gel-exclusion chromatography

摘要

The liposomes are considered as the most adequate aggregates to study the nature and mechanism of the interaction between phospholipids and proteins. Recently, method of gel-exclusion chromatography coupled with fluorescence and turbidity detection was proposed for investigation of such systems~1. It has allowed to recorder simultaneously the liposome turbidity and the concentration of encapsulated and nonencapsulated compounds by fluorescence analysis.
