摘要

Imaging of exogenous double stranded DNA bioditribution during gene therapy in vivo would provide a critically important information reflecting spatial distribution, local concentration, as well as the biodegradation kinetics of the expression vector. We suggest a novel approach to imaging of biodistribution of non-viral gene delivery systems using heterobifunctional agents bearing a DNA-bindign group and a chelate.
