The setting and training of appropriate and clear boundaries, adequate sleep, and a healthy and interesting diet lay the foundation for a trusting and secure bird. Independent and interactive playtimes, a reasonably flexible schedule, and abundant, appropriately implementedwords of praise are significant contributions to the development of a happy and well-adjusted avian companion.
