By combining a Dilor XY Raman spectrometer with a homebuilt scanning near-field optical microscope, we made a near-field spectrograph. It can provided the high spatial resolution with overcoming the diffration limit. In additional, near-field spectroscopy is to simultaneously provide the high spatial resolution spectra and the topography of the sample surface, so one can identify the corresponding relations between the spectra and the spatial positions.
