摘要

The respiratory diseases of the pig, today are considered an important health problem in production, Enzootic Pneumonia (EP) produced by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is considered the most important primary bacteriological pathogen (1). The secondary agent most frequently found is Pasteurella multocida after the immune system is suppressed or altered, and severe pulmonary pateurelosis ensues (2). The interaction between M. hyopneumoniae and P. multocida after a sequential infection has been demonstrated(2, 3). Different groups, have informed about the pathological damage for the EP these studies have been directed to identify the pathogenicity mechanisms of M. hyopneumoniae as analyzed by optical, transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Complementing these studies with autoradiography from lungs with EP (4, 5). The present work was to visualize by scanning electronic microscopy the interaction of M. hyopneumoniae and P. multocida in pigs infected in sequential form with these two agents.
