During last years the investigations of small phases formation became deeply connected with the processes of nucleation and their application in nanotechnologies. It was shown in [1,2,3] that the formation of cubic nuclei on cubic particles is accomplished under two possible mechanisms: growing of the crystal nuclei on three of the particle's walls, i.e. on a convex top, or on one of the particle walls. The free energy for nucleus formation under these mechanisms, compared to the homogeneous case △G_0 = n_1 ~2ψ are respectively:
