摘要

This paper presents a simplified constitutive model for structural steel material. This model consists of parameters related to both material properties and cyclic behaviour. The former parameters are obtained by material coupon test under monotonic loading and the latter ones can be given as a constant with no relation to material classification. Numerical simulations related to plate buckling problem are carried out and the validity of the present constitutive model is investigated.
