The spectacular impact of integrated business solutions reminds still difficult for SMEs. Difficulties arise from the misunderstanding between these too generic "information Technologies push" organisation and the human-centered organisation as SME. To reconcile users needs and IT, we propose to combine an enterprise modelling approach based on a model warehouse to define the SME organisation with an integrated business packages one to implement this organisation.
