Nowadays in a lot of branches of a science and engineering it is necessary to apply cryoproducts (oxygen, nitrogen and argon) of the special cleanliness, in which the residual contents of impurity is at a level (1×10{sup}(-5))% vol. and lower. One of possible ways to create the cryogenic gases is the clearing technically of pure cryoproducts with use of a low-temperature rectification method.
