Double Radiation in Process Heaters Radiant Chambers

In the field of Heat Transfer, the Fired Heater design with double radiation rquires a very advanced and accurate technology. The double raddiation allows to transfer heat to the radiatnt chamber tubes from the burner flames located at both sides of the tube coils. In the common arrangement, single radiation, tubes receive radiation form one side and reradiation from the wall. The double radiation produces a better improvement of the tube surface and a better distribution of the heat flux through it. This distribution admits a higher value of the average heat fludx, between 40
