In this paper, the theory of restructurable bionic virtual NC system is brought forward for the reason that the NC system should be turned into a new system to meet the need of different customers or shoudl catch up with the development of technology without much more modification. The main principle of the system is set forth. The designs of restructurable method, bionic method, virtual method are studied and the concept principle of design is summed up
