Traffic dredging, here refers to the traffic managing technology of having the traffic expedited. The dredging of the city traffic from the urban arterial streets here is meant particularly on the urban arterial streets, and its sectional structure and the regulating function of traffic flow dredging or traffic channeling derived from the utilization of the relevant facilities.
