摘要

Ascochyta rot is a very important disease and happens in both of protected fields and in the fields in China. It is difficult to classify the species and interspecies of Ascochyta by morphology. The amplification technique, RAPD, may generate specific DNA fragments useful for genome mapping identification of isolates, and applications in molecular ecology. The aim of this study was to examine taxonomic position and the genetic difference of 8 isolates obtained from the different areas of China.
