The new SKY~(TM) Ceramic Capacitance Diaphragm Gauges (also known as CDGs or capacitance manometers) use an ultrapure aluminum oxide diaphragm and replace the metal diaphragm found in traditional sensors. This ceramic diaphragm eliminates common diaphragm problems like stretching, corrosion, and temperature effects. SKY~(TM) CDGs provide the user with a sensor that is: Virtually corrosion-proof. The aluminum oxide diaphragm demonstrates near-perfect corrosion resistance. This insures consistent performance and long-lfie in harsh environments.
