This paper presents the development of behavioral models of lithium thionyl chloride batteries based on the realization of equivalent electric circuits. The behavior of the battery was analyzed respectively in the frequency and time domains byimpedance spectroscopy and pulsed discharges. The electrical network synthesis is arbitrary and does not take into account the electrochemistry. The simulations of the discharge were achieved using a Spice simulator. Results from calculations showed agood correlation with the experiments over the entire range of discharge.
