Intelligent radio communication system fir public transport control, passenger and driver information fir the city Prague

Most of the hardware and software of the described system has been developed in the Czech Republic and the equipment has been produced in this state. The server, PC, transceivers and GPS receivers are of foreign provenance.The Prague public transport enterprise put this system into practice for the buses stepby step. The first radio base station and 35 fully equipped buses will start at the beginning fling of the year 1999. The number of the filly equipped buses will be about 300 at the end of the year 1999. The next base stations and hoses will follow at the next year.
