Integration of information and communication system for public health data collection and intelligent transportation system in large city

摘要

In the realities of the Russian Federation, the establishment of a medical network based on modern information, communication and transport technologies is a current and urgent scientific task.The article highlights the results of simultaneous application of sensor networks providing for remote collection of patient health data, decision support systems that estimate the progression of the suspected disease and distribute patients among the specialists of prevention and treatment facilities, as well as intelligent transportation systems providing for emergency response and navigation of ambulance teams in case of severe aggravation of health of some patients and groups thereof located in consolidated territories (in case of epidemic threat). Respective transportation problems have been set and solved in the large city setting.
