Worldwide the growing traffic-flows are causing bigger and bigger road problems. In practice traffic jams result in serious economic losses, stress with the drivers while an extra CO_2 emission is put on the environment. This paper describes a new light application that enables a higher traffic-flow capacity with the same use of road surface. By using a Dynamic Road-Marking system, integrated in the road surface, the layout of the traffic-lanes can be adapted to the intensity of the actual traffic situation.
