Green-Emitting Phosphors for Plasma Display Panels

摘要

Zn_2SiO_4:Mn is a good green-emitting phosphor for Plasma Display Panels(PDPs). Its efficiency is quite high under the 147nm ultra-violet rays excitation. However, it is not useful for TV application because of the long decay time to the 10% decay point. In this study, e synthesized the new green-emitting phosphor for PDPs with shorter decay time and higher green emission.
